Upper portion of the sleeves are loose and puffy while lower portion appear gathered and tight. Also, the below elbow sleeves have workable 3 buttons for ease in wearing. Wearable on or off shoulder due to the presence of elastic at neck. This 100% cotton fabric product is machine washable.
